DisputeVoice.com Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 3, 2025
By submitting a story to DisputeVoice.com, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Read carefully before proceeding.
1. Submission Process
- Eligibility: You must be 18+ and legally able to submit content.
- Fee: A non-refundable screening fee ($19.95 or $29.94, set at submission) is required to process your story, refundable only if rejected during review.
- Content: Submit stories, evidence (e.g., documents, audio like voicemails), and details via our intake form. You may save and return to complete over multiple sessions.
2. Ownership and Rights
- Your Responsibility: You certify all content is true under penalty of perjury and that you own or have rights to it (e.g., recordings, contracts).
- Grant to Us: You grant DisputeVoice a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to publish, edit (e.g., redact sensitive info), and distribute your story and evidence on our site and related platforms.
- Audio: Voicemails or recordings may be transcribed and embedded for playback (e.g., “View Rant” feature).
3. Evidence and Redaction
- Uploads: Accepted formats include JPG, GIF, PNG, PDF, MP3, WAV (max 128 MB each).
- Redaction: You must blur or redact sensitive info (e.g., full SSNs, bank account numbers)—leave last 4 digits visible (e.g., XXXX-1234) for verification. Keep dates, amounts, and names intact unless privacy requires otherwise.
- Verification: We may use OCR or AI to analyze uploads—submission implies consent to this.
4. Review and Publication
- Process: We review for completeness and verifiability (e.g., evidence matches claims). You’ll approve the final version via email or dashboard.
- Publication: Approved stories post as blogs—names, amounts, and audio may be public unless redacted. We reserve the right to reject or edit for clarity, legality, or policy.
- No Guarantee: Submission doesn’t ensure posting—rejections occur if unverifiable or against our standards.
5. Privacy and Data
- Use: Your data (e.g., name, email, phone) is collected for verification, communication, and processing—see our Privacy Policy [link].
- Security: We protect data per industry standards but aren’t liable for breaches beyond our control.
- Consent: You allow email contact (e.g., verification link) and AI analysis of submissions.
6. Legal
- Liability: DisputeVoice isn’t liable for story content—you bear responsibility for accuracy and legality (e.g., defamation risk). We’re a platform, protected under Section 230.
- Disputes: California law governs; disputes go to arbitration in Los Angeles County—no class actions.
- Indemnity: You indemnify us against claims arising from your submission.
7. Changes
- Updates: We may modify these Terms—check back. Continued use post-changes implies acceptance.
