This page is intended for individuals researching Blake Evertsen, Evertsen Equities, Blake Evertsen Funding, Hurricane Capital Group, Evertsen Consulting, Empower Consulting Partners LLC, and Dustin Boudreau (also known as Dustin Heinrich Boudreau), as well as their current or former affiliations with Eyad Abbas of Empower Consulting Group LLC and Empower Cosmetics LLC.

Introduction

In 2023, I became involved in what seemed like a promising—but ultimately devastating—business opportunity: a “done-for-you” Amazon store and credit expansion venture promoted by Dustin Heinrich Boudreau and Eyad Abbas, under Empower Cosmetics LLC and Empower Consulting Group LLC. Despite polished sales pitches and sweeping promises, the store never launched. Amazon deactivated my account, and I was left with severe financial losses.

One key question still haunts me: What did Evertsen Equity do with the $135,494.99 of my money that was routed through this company, owned by Blake Evertsen?

That question leads to many others:

  • What business did he have even touching the funds at all?
  • How was the money routed, and who authorized it?
  • Was any of it redirected into Blake’s pocket or unrelated business ventures?
  • Did any of it fund the Amazon store it was supposed to support—or was that promise never real to begin with?

To date, I have received no answers and no documentation explaining Blake Evertsen’s role. I remain ready to publish any verified response or evidence he wishes to provide.

Until then, Blake's silence speaks volumes-don't you think? What is he hiding?

The Evertsen Equities Transactions: Where Did the $135,494.99 Go?

What Is Evertsen Equity? A Closer Look at the Company Involved

Evertsen Equity is a business entity publicly associated with Blake Evertsen. In the context of this dispute, it played a direct role in processing $135,494.99 of my funds, which were intended to support a done-for-you Amazon store venture. These transactions were documented across 20 separate credit card charges, all routed through Evertsen Equity.

Despite repeated requests for transparency, no clear explanation has been provided regarding the specific services Evertsen Equity offered, its role in the Amazon store project, or why this substantial sum passed through the company at all. To date, I have received no documentation clarifying how Evertsen Equity handled these funds, who authorized the transfers, or whether they were properly applied to the promised business venture.

What makes this even more concerning is the lack of publicly available information about Evertsen Equity itself. Outside of basic registration records, details about the company’s operations, ownership structure, financial activities, and track record are limited or difficult to verify. This absence of transparency raises reasonable questions for anyone considering doing business with Blake Evertsen or his affiliated companies.

In my experience, the unanswered questions surrounding Evertsen Equity—combined with its involvement in processing substantial funds under unclear circumstances—underscore the importance of careful due diligence when engaging with private funding or business service providers.

If Mr. Evertsen or representatives of Evertsen Equity wish to provide verifiable documentation clarifying the company's role in these transactions, I remain open to publishing that information in full, subject to evidence review.

These questions remain unanswered. He has had every opportunity to clarify, but has chosen silence.

If Blake Evertsen would like to publicly respond to these questions, this platform is open to him. He may submit a written statement with verifiable proof of his claims. Sensitive information may be redacted, but the remaining evidence must be able to be independently validated. This opportunity to clarify and address these concerns remains open and will be included in this publication upon receipt.
